We are experts in the branding of all things real estate including property development, residential and commercial and utilise our capability and talent to deliver strategic marketing campaigns for top companies within the industry.
As per our name, we develop the ‘identity’ of a brand and tailor an entire marketing campaign, along with tool kit which includes brochures, renders, press advertisements, display suite collateral and signage; essentially everything a brand needs to launch [and lead] in the market place. We’re quick off the mark and can work to tight timeframes because let’s face it, in real estate, time is money!

SERVICES ON OFFER
LOGO AND BRANDING
This section will include 2 logo concepts along with the overall look and feel of the brand. It will include colours, typefaces and a guide as to how these elements must be used together.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGES
Photography of the surrounding area to be used in marketing collateral will be taken. Also images of the lifestyle around the area. These can include images such as people enjoying the nearby park, city views from a balcony etc.
Renders of future images may also be provided. Concepts of the apartments at final staged and furnished.
BROCHURES AND COPYWRITING
Brochure concepts will be designed featuring the details and images of the project. Our copywriter will meet with the project development team, ask some questions and provide the copy to be used throughout the brochures, website and print media.
Brochures sizes will need to confirmed (eg, A4 size) also the finishing (eg, foiling, raised gloss features etc).
Floor plans of the apartments must be originally supplied by the project development team and will be recreated by us in a format that matches the style and theme of the branding.
A location map of the development and surrounding area will be provided and will be used across the brochures and website.
A one page website will be created that will utilise the branding and imagery created. The form will have a email/registration area for capturing potential buyers details.
Hosting and a domain will be arranged.
Signage designs will be arranged that utilise the logo and any branding elements. The final files will be supplied in a format suitable for a sign company and can we can liaise directly with them on your behalf regarding the artwork. Please note, we are not a sign company and will only design the artwork.
PRINT AND DIGITAL MEDIA
A range of print media will be created for publications such as the Advertiser, local Messengers and any other publications that are required. A sample of 2 ads will be created for proofing and final tweaking of these ads will take place once ad specifications and deadlines have been established.
Along with print, a copy of what is created will also be available for digital media. This includes images made for Facebook and any other applicable social media platforms as well as email.
Other items available at your request include;
• A Facebook page
• An Instagram account
• Video (short commercials)
• Graphic Design services – adhoc items that require design work
Please note that these items are not reflected in the costing section following and will incur their own extra costs if you require them.
The logo and branding is the first place to start as this will set the theme and tone for the rest of the items. Sign off will be required from management so this project can continue further.
To follow, imagery/photos will be required so the brochures and print media can be developed.
A full service proposal will be developed for the project that will encompass all the facets you need for the development. Once acceptance of this proposal has been given, design work can begin immediately.
Our marketing package follow three parts to complement the sales process. Increase leads for the sales team, nurture these leads until they make a buying decision and manage the digital audience.
A full proposal will be provided to you that outlines the structure of the campaign, the inclusions, the timeframe and the reporting system.
